The delivery charges are €6.95 per order within The Netherlands. For other EU countries delivery charges are €10,75 per order. Delivery charges for Switzerland are €24,- and for Canada & the USA are €38,-.

Within The Netherlands delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. The time of delivery differs for others countries this can take 1 to 5 working days for countries within the EU and even more for other countries, by example Canada and the USA can take up to 3 weeks. The delivery time depends solely on the postal company and customs when applicable. We always try to dispatch orders the same day as when the order is made, so waiting time for our customers is minimal.
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept returns for refund in form of store credit on any garment that is unworn, unwashed, not altered and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Keep in mind that we do not refund payments, so make sure you order the right size. If you are not sure about your size, feel free to contact us to ask for the measurements of the item you like. Due to products frequently selling out, we cannot process any exchanges. Please place a new order online if you require another size or colour, this purchase can be made after you receive your store credit when you return your order. Store credits takes around 2-3 working days to process. You will receive the store credit in form of a voucher code in your e-mail. This voucher code will be valid a year from the date you receive your e-mail. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sent back. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt. Special items which are customized, heavily beaded or made on order are excluded from exchange. If you are not sure about your size, you can always contact us to ask for the measurements of the dress you like..
After your order we carefully pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible. You will receive an update concerning your order via email.
After your payment an order confirmation and a status update is send to your email address.
After confirming your order you can choose to pay via banktransfer. After checking your email address and confirming your email address, you will receive an email with the information needed to do a banktransfer. Please make sure you carefully add your payment reference when you make a banktransfer to our account. Payment via banktransfer can result to a delay in dispatching your order, because transferring via bank takes a few working days (+/- 1 to 3 working days) longer to receive by us. And only when the payment is received orders get dispatched.

This is not a free return label. You will still need to pay for shipping when returning an item. Keep in mind that if you return an item from outside Europe, you have to mark the package as a return to a webshop. When the order has not been returned correctly and there is a custom duty tax that needs to be paid to receive your return, the return will get denied. Then you will receive the return back. If the return gets accepted and there is a duty tax that our company needs to pay in order to receive the item back, we will charge those costs to the customer (by deducting this amount from the amount due).
Please bear in mind that the costs are extremely high when you do not send the package correctly, it may cost you a lot. If you do not know how to return an item to a webshop overseas we advise you to contact your local carrier.
After we have received and checked the items, we send an e-mail with the store credit within 5 working days. This voucher code with your store credit is valid for a year.
Yes, unfortunately to keep our prices at a competitive level we do not offer free returns. If you choose to return your item, you’ll pay the carrier at the time of shipping your return.
At our warehouse we check if an item is returned on time. If this is not the case we offer to send the customer the item(s) back at their own cost. When the shipping cost is payed we ship these items back. Late returned item(s) are stored no more than 3 months in our warehouse.
We are very strict with our return policy. This means a customer has a maximum of 14 days from receiving an item to return it, to this term no exceptions are made.
No, we do not accepts returns or exchanges for purchases made with a voucher code or store credit. If you are not sure about your size, you can always contact us to ask for the measurements of the dress you like.
After we have dispatched your order, we will send you a track and trace code which you can use to track your order online.
